What a solid atmospheric thriller.

I went in with basically no expectations, other than it was a wintery thriller where everyone is stuck in one place together and one of them is dangerous - but you don’t know who.

And my god was I on the edge of my seat the entire time. I was constantly anxious about what would happen next and I was legitimately disappointed putting it down when I went to bed because I needed to know what happened.

That being said, the reason it’s 3 stars and not 5 is mostly because i questioned some of the decision making across the characters, my suspension of disbelief was occasionally questioned (seriously did anyone ever get cold?) and once or twice things were a bit “plot armored” into succeeding. But honestly it was such an enjoyable and thrilling ride.

As is my norm lately, going in knowing less makes it better.
