I was eager to read this after reading and loving Danse Macabre
This is the start of Salem and Justices journey from young children to adults. As the years go on Justice realises just how dangerous Salem is and the more he escapes the more efforts Salem puts into capturing him and destroying anyone who’s helped him. As much as Justice wants to escape Salem part of him will always belong to him but which part will win out in the end . I can’t wait for Salem and Justices full story .


Devil May Take by Chani Lynn Feener
Ok I need to say I haven’t read any of the Devils of Vitality series but own a few paperbacks so i went into this not knowing any of the characters. I enjoyed the short story between Ledger and Nikita and how Ledger seemed to gel with Niki straight away . Ledger hated what Nikita’s half brother had been doing to him for years but Niki was shocked when Ledger took revenge for him , although Niki hadn’t told Ledger half of what he’d been put through Ledger knew he would get him to trust him in time. A few other characters appear and I presume they are in the main books so I promise to start reading them soon.


Nightshade by Harleigh Beck
Marshall Kirk has known Cruz all his life but never expected any of the things Cruz has done. Cruz will do anything to make Marshall and if anyone tries to take him he has no trouble getting rid of them.
I need more of this story i was a bit miffed it ended in a cliff hanger so I’m hoping it won’t be too long for the follow up book.
