DNF at 116 pages. I’m so bored. The narrator has no personality (couldn’t tell you her name, tbh), and it honestly doesn’t feel any different than the other books about white women who move to NY and end up in a job they weren’t really qualified for. I was going to try to stick this one out, but I’m giving up. Adult books can be so BORING sometimes and I swear they’re only praised because people who read one book a year don’t know better books are out there (no shame to people who don’t or can’t read a lot, but it likely lessens your knowledge of the market)
