what is this genre i want more of it

*i’ve decided this genre is weird horror-esque literary fiction featuring a queer asian protagonist who must face unattainable standards and my only other example is chlorine by jade song (which i read a year ago and loved!!!!), anyway i want more

**wait wait organ meats by k-ming chang kinda fits that category, although that book definitely has more of a bite to it
