This book had me glued to the pages, it was so tense. Absolutely loved being back in the world of Empyrean, I loved how Violet and Xaden are still just as stubborn and in love as the first and the fact of all the new members to fourth wing. There were some shocking moments as well, but I'm trying to keep this spoiler free. Also, I missed Tairn, Sgaeyl, and Andarna and their banter/sarcasm and abruptiveness in how they talk. I love this series and can't wait for book 3.
