This is my first book by Beverly Jenkins, and OMG! Loved it! I'm always a fan of historical romances and this was a fantastic first book in a three books series. Can't wait to dive into the next two books. I always love a strong heroine and Mariah is so strong and sassy. Logan deserved getting dropped down a peg or two when she felt inclined to do it! But he showed his sweeter side and made up for it.
