This was a perfect follow-up to Falling Blindly! I loved watching the unfolding of the relationship between Jessie and Jazz - being part of their journey through friendship and secrets to something much deeper than either of them could have ever expected, something Jessie didn’t even allow herself to dream of having. But I also really enjoyed witnessing the budding friendship between Shay and Jessie - seeing them go from simply roommate status into the best kind of friendship one could ever hope for. It’s a story about learning to be vulnerable and sharing your whole self with the people who love you. Of letting them not just celebrate the good parts of life with you, but support you through the hardest of times. An all around feel good story about love and friendship and the power of sharing your life with the people who matter.
