The Near Witch by V.E. Schwab
4.0
I loved the world. Plus the writing. Its really good. I really really loved.
Just one thing, i felt like she could've grieved her father a bit more. I mean it was really nice how she carried on his legacy by embodying his teaching. But i don't think she ever stopped and grieved him or said in defense of her saving the you know who, that she was doing it not only because they deserve it and because its the right thing to do but because "her father taught her to". I wouldve love seeing a sentence like that somewhere.
