A Man's Place by Annie Ernaux

3.0

Still well-written and thoughtful, although I found myself less engrossed with A Man’s Place than I was with A Woman’s Story. In a sense it just felt like Ernaux had a little bit less to say) about her father’s life relative to her mother’s but still felt a need to write a memoir in his memory, which is fair and understandable. Three stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️
