If you haven't read this, then beg, steal or borrow a copy right now! Clare Mackintosh has produced an outstanding novel. Not all is what it seems throughout the book. Half way through and BOOM, everything changes, our empathy towards the main character is torn into shreds, but not content with that, the author leaves breadcrumbs strewn through the narrative which confirms that things are not right. Powerful ending leaving you wondering "what if?" One of the best books I've read for a long time, could not put it down reading into the early hours of the morning.
