Okay, so there's one thing common in all of Meghan Quinn's books that the beginning is always very unique and funny. Some parts of this book were hilarious and unexpected. The first half of the book was absolutely chaotic and while Hardy & Everly were just connecting as friends, I couldn't feel the chemistry between them tbh. But then the part after 45% came and I absolutely loved the angst between them! Hardy was an idiot but his goofiness made up for it. I just wished that he came to the realisation sooner and did not hurt Everly along the process. Because the way she always got hurt made me feel so sad for her. Overall, I enjoyed reading the book but some parts were just lengthy and I had to skim through some of it. But the last half was a treat and I loved Hardy & Everly together after he got his head cleared. I must say that I liked this one slightly more than book one in the series. So, I'd give this book a solid 3.5 stars!
