This book had so many cons; third act breakup, miscommunication, the FMC was annoying AND the chance of your biggest OF fan being your employer, where you're his daughter's nanny?! An employer who, by the way, can't make pancakes even though he's a literal chef. I just can't with this book. I know some people loved it, and no hate to those who did. But I just don't think it was really anything that special.

I don't think I'd recommend it or read it again, but it wasn't as terrible as I'm making it out to be. It was one of the few books I've read where the single dad trope was done well, with good banter and a quick pace. I just wish we'd got more of the banter, and less of the overdone spice.

Again, this is just my opinion and if you enjoyed the book, that's great. 3 ☆.
