Jonas by Susan May Warren

5.0

Absolutely unputdownable! Imaginative, riveting and terribly exciting! I wouldn’t expect anything less from author Susan May Warren.

This story moved along a fast-pace with exciting twists and turns that kept me completely captivated throughout the story. I loved that the hero, Jonas Marshall, was not a military man, but rather a “normal” weatherman. Enjoyed reading his story after meeting him in books past, and really enjoyed his character and courage! Sibba, an EOD specialist, was a great match for him and her wildly brave spirit was fun to read. I loved that Warren gave her an authenticity, a humanity, that was refreshing and allowed room for character growth.

This novel was so well done, beautifully interwoven with daring feats, suspense, mystery, intrigue, faith and romance! There were incredible, profound truths woven deeply into this story, making it inspiring and uplifting. A master at crafting a story, Warren did not disappoint and I can’t wait to read the next book in this series!
