This is a life changing book! If you struggle to make or keep habits and daily routine, this book will help you. Identifying my tendencies brought great comfort and relief. To say "Okay, I'm an Obliger and a Procrastinator and a morning person and that's okay, I can work with these tendencies, not against them" eliminated the shame associated with those tendencies and the belief I had to change myself. The facts about each tendency along with real people's feedback is super helpful in recognizing what habits I have and want to develop. I will reference this book daily for a long time! All of Gretchen Rubin's books have brought joy and change to my life. She has a wonderful way of connecting to readers without saying "This is what you need to do." If you like her other books, this one will speak to you for sure!
