Fake Boyfriend Breakaways by Eden Finley

4.0

This was fun! Just some quick stories about background characters.

Rebound 3.5/5

I like Aron and Wyatt. I like that the one (tbh it's been a day and I can't remember who is who) had liked the other since college and now they're finally getting together. I liked seeing their friendship grow from that to a rebound to love. It was cute, short, and fun. I enjoyed seeing Noah and Matt's relationship from Noah's ex's side as well. 2/5 spice levels.

Notes: friends to lovers, rebounds, hook up to lovers

It's Complicated 4/5

I love the Strombergs so getting to see more of them was a delight. I liked that Max and Ash were besties and they had the added complication of Ash being Ollie's ex. I loved the extra insight into Ash's fiance post-Ollie, too, since we don't get much info in Ollie's book. What I really loved was that Ash had spent his life with men who didn't put him first and now Max comes along and does everything he can to do seemingly small things that show Ash is his priority. 2/5 spice levels.

Notes: friends to lovers, brother's ex, coworkers

Winning You 4.5/5

This one was adorable! I love Luce and Marty. They go so well together and what a fun premise that they get set up on this date together, but both are for nefarious reasons. I enjoy Marty's passion for the band and Luce's passion for music and his job. I love how Marty is so fun and funny, while also being a super smart nerd. This was honestly just adorable from start to finish. I didn't want it to end. 2/5 spice levels.

Notes: grumpy/sunshine, blind date (sort of)
