There were some tropes that I thoroughly enjoyed in this, such as one of them healing the other back from the brink of death, as well as the language barrier, but there were other things that I disliked. For one, I hated the unnecessary breakup, as well as the way they ended up back together. I also didn't pay enough attention to the amount of time that passed until I suddenly read the line "blablabla one year ago" and I was like huh??? Since when has that much time passed?? Very jarring. All in all, a short and entertaining read, although I'm not sure I'm sold on continuing the series.
