I received a copy of Weather Together by Jessie Sima from Simon and Schuster Canada in exchange for an honest review.

My favourite duo is back -  Kelp and Nimbus are the most adorable pair of friends who first appeared in Not Quite Narwhal and Perfectly Pegasus. While the previous two books that introduced us to these characters were filled with heart and positive messages, I felt that Weather Together carried those sentiments including an important message about mental health. In this story, Nimbus finds that he is sometimes unable to control his feelings and it forms a little cloud that eventually gets out of control. Nimbus runs away and takes the time to get to know his little cloud and as he does, it gets easier to manage. Eventually Kelp finds Nimbus and proves to be a great friend and listener. 

The mental health lens and the power of friendship really strikes the heartstrings in Weather Together. I love Kelp and Nimbus - what is next for this adorable friendship?
