Madly, Deeply: The Diaries of Alan Rickman by Alan Rickman

4.0

I honestly really loved this.

I listened to the audiobook over a few weeks. I think that I probably wouldn't have enjoyed it as much if I'd read it all in one sitting with my eyes but it's still a great book.

I've never really had an opinion on Alan Rickman other than I think he's a good actor and I hate Snape but this made me genuinely like him.

Obviously it got quite sad towards the end (the afterword by his wife got me) and sometimes it did feel a little weird reading his diary entries but it also really made me want to start keeping a diary!

Plus he was always pro-Palestine, so there's that!
