This was just okay. Another paranormal teenage drama/romance. There was really nothing to differentiate it from so many other books in this genre. If you're a fan of the Fallen series, you'd maybe like this book. I liked Cam from the series and this is his hea ending, but all the things that made Cam interesting are gone in this novel.

The characters seemed flat to me and it just wasn't that enjoyable. It seemed cheesy at times and I sort of got sick of the poor pity me attitude of Lilith all the time. There are also the cliché mean girls that turn out to be not that bad.

I did like the narrator. She always does a great job and made the characters somewhat enjoyable. One caveat of listening to the audiobook is that the music is included at the end, as in the actual music with drums, guitars, and vocals. Unfortunately, the songs didn't appeal to me at all and I ended up fast-forwarding to the end.
