I had been looking forward to reading this one since it was released in November and it was worth the wait! This debut novel had "slow-burn" development alongside the twists that keep me so addicted to thrillers. An interesting take on mental health issues/PTSD underscores the action, giving a real foundation after the intense action deployed in the first chapter. (And how much of a hook is this awesome cover?) Recommended for my fellow thriller fans and I will be keeping eye out for future offerings from author Samantha M Bailey!
