Life is Pain :’)

I’m Upsetti Regretti, but this was a fantastic duology. I had no idea how a heist would work in this universe or what the stakes would be, but it was so good!!!

This was definitely a huge tonal difference from the Grisha Trilogy to this, but I actually really liked it. It was refreshing, fun, sad, wild, and also, we stan a Queen (Bardugo) that includes queer characters but doesn’t make their queerness their entire story line in a work of fantasy fiction like this. I LOVE WYLAN AND JESPER!!!!!! Really, I loved the entire main cast, but Jesper and Wylan were my favorites for sure.
