I really really wanted to like this when I started reading it, but the story just slugged along. Also I overall didn't get what I wanted out of the story so it was a disappointing read at the time. I do remember that the writing wasn't bad and at times I kind of enjoyed the story, but really this is only an okay read. Definitely not something you would read again and again.
