Reminded me of how much i love to read.

I have never considered myself to be an enjoyer of somber books, they always felt way too depressing for me. In theory, i should have dislike this book, or at least find it mid, for the lack of a better term. However, the way the author was able to pace the story, effortlessly transition between the past and present, and the characters potrayals have given the story so much life. It still baffles me how much i was able to enjoy this book, an honest suprise.

is this a spoiler or not idk but i just really love how it brings up the topic of having to say goodbye to someone you love, being able to let go of your love ones because it's the best thing you could do for them
