HOLY CRAP THIS BOOK IS SO SO SO SO GOOD!!!! Anyhow, this book had me captured from the first sentence "You can hear a miracle a long way after dark." like Maggie, this is beautiful writing just from the first sentence. The characters are complex and wonderful, and let's just say that pages 214-215 had my heart. The angst is real in this book, as are the amazing characters, the beautiful writing throughout the entire book. Definitely a favorite of mine for the year.
