I love Annabel Monaghan books, especially Nora Goes Offscript. I think one of my favorite things about her books is that they’re so much more than romance books!  The way she writes about motherhood and families is so real. I thought this was a great summer book. The setting was so perfect and having it take place in summer was so fun. (Especially reading it in summer.) I love how much growth and positive change happens for the characters in Annabel’s books, separate from the romance, and not just to the main female character either. It’s such a refreshing change from lots of other romance books.
