The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank

5.0

The Diary of Anne Frank is the first book I've read about the time of WWII, I was amazed. It's an exquisite piece of literature and I'd recommend it to anyone interested in historical books and WWII in a heart beat. I could re-read this book over and over and still love it for the simple fact of how it touches the heart and makes you realize just how dangerous it all was for Anne and the other residents in the Secret Annex during the Holocaust.
