Books that resonate with the stage of life you are in are always the best. As of this week, I have two adult children that I’m trying to rebrand into adult relationships so Astrid’s journey with her kids was a delight. Other reviewers said too many “hot topics “ were involved - I did not find that to be true. Life is messy with abuse, gender issues, unexpected death, grief, etc and if you don’t find that... possibly you aren’t looking hard enough. Loved this book! Thanks Libro.fm for the ALC.
