Giving this a 5 star may be a bit controversial since I'm basically omitting the background storyline as context for review. Why you ask? Well, it was pretty clear with book one what I'd be getting for the rest of the series. This is mostly an erotica with some light background and character development. The mystery storyline for the Barista having a foe has been sketchy at best. The conflict barely lives on page with the MCs, so I love this series for what it does right. And that's weird, smutty, s3x. There was a lot of new here to me, IE: electrocution kink. But I was won over by Meduso (really dumb name) and Noah in the end.

*Noah isn't brought into a lot of what will happen sexually to him before it occurs, but there is a conversation surrounding both MC's sexual desires and safe words. Noah is given the option to opt out of kink play at anytime.
