4 stars for useability, probably 5 if I had a stocked pantry and could test a recipe. I especially appreciated the recipes for sauces to use in place of the canned soups! Unfortunately it's the end of the month, I haven't been able to go to the grocery store, and this needs to go back to the library. Bad timing all around. Next time!
