Looking back on these books now, I am struck by how I still just don't really like RFK's style of writing...They're an incredible achievement for someone so young and deserve the slight rating bonus for being a debut, and I enjoyed the hell out of reading them in the back of my science classroom, but I can't say they've ever stuck with me beyond being slightly underwhelming.
