I really enjoy the Split Rock Ranch crew and this one was no different. I loved Ev and his professionalism at work, then his difference outside of work. I really liked Gabe, too. He was sweet and kind. He was exactly what I look for in a daddy book. He took care of Ev and treated him well. I really enjoyed all the side characters as well, even those we haven't seen before. I thought the beginning was fun as they both didn't know they were with each other, then Ev knew, then Gabe knew but Ev didn't know he knew... it was fun. I also thought their relationship naturally progressed and it made sense that they fell in love. 2/5 spice levels.
