The title alone had me picking this one up. It was a fun book and had me wishing I could google every bird mentioned. (I listened to it so I was usually driving or busy doing other things so couldn’t.) My biggest criticism was I wish the mother daughter relationship was explored more. I felt those sections were added almost as an afterthought. The worst was when they have a fight and then a week+ has supposedly gone by and yet nothing has been resolved and the fight isn’t even mentioned again until much later. I found that really frustrating.
