It's certainly not the best Beck book ever, and I was hoping for something more like the Siberian Incident. Their was something lacking in the characters, I wanted to know about the creatures and the God of the mine, but I didn't care if Dr Dr found love with his lady, or if anyone died...

But short book, don't regret reading.
