Lean is an important book and all working women should read it.The strategies Sheryl has shared in the book may not be perfect, but there is nothing else women can do at the moment to excel in their careers. We live in an imperfect world and though we can't change the world, we can change ourselves. A little effort goes a long way, and hopefully soon we will see more women in the workforce.
