I listened to the audio book, which felt like a podcast. I LOVED the structure he uses (it is similar to his videos). Starts with a question, a related quote, historical information, the uncomfortable parts and most importantly actions, further readings and what to do next. This is a must read! I suggest a notebook or a way to take notes as you listen.
