I cannot say enough kind and celebratory things about this book. I devoured it. The story takes a while to get going, but once you’re on the adventure, there’s no turning back. Ambrose and Kodiak are complicated and simple at once, perfect foils and complete characters. I fell into every discovery with them, horrified and excited to uncover more of their mystery. I cannot recommend this book enough.
