I did not read the Reapers series prior to reading this and I thought I might be a little lost, but I wasn't. Loved, loved, loved this book! The only downside was I wanted to take Becca and shake her more than once for being sooooo annoying when it came to her mother, but other than that...no complaints! The action was good and the MC background was well-rounded. I can't wait to read the next one!
