It wasn't bad exactly, but it was a slight mess, sometimes overwritten, and the characters were almost impossible to tell apart. I could only distinguish the two main characters apart because the audiobook had separate narrators for their voices. The world itself was interesting, even if I'm not a big fan of mecha-type stories/worlds, but the characters left too much to be desired for. I'll probably not continue the series, but who knows.
