I went into this book knowing it was based off Jane Eyre. I don’t know the story of Jane Eyre, so I still was going in completely blind. This was a super quick read but unfortunately it was very predictable so it fell flat in that aspect. I also wasn’t a fan of any of the characters. They all seemed like bad people! I did enjoy the final twist but I feel like it could have been done a bit better. I enjoyed reading this but was a tad disappointed. I will still keep reading books from this author since I enjoy her other books.
