A Story to Tell by Lisa R. Howeler
5.0
4.5 stars! Rounded up to 5 since I can’t specify 4.5. Read via Kindle in August 2023. The edition I read was not listed as an option on Goodreads.
This was a heartbreaking story in many ways and the author didn’t shy away from the tough stuff. Yet it was a story that was a coming of age, of misunderstandings, good friends, forgiveness of self, and victory over mistakes and regrets that try to quash us.
I’m looking forward to the book that comes after this one, A New Beginning. This was a NTM author though I have a few more of her books on my Kindle that I anticipate reading!
This book achieved my 2023 goal of 60 books but I’m gonna keep on, keepin’ on!
