I was pretty disappointed in this book. I've read and enjoyed a lot of Marie Harte's other series, and while the books do tend to be on the shorter side, at least there is SOME character development, backstory, etc. This book felt so impersonal and I felt no connection to any of the characters.

It's only redeeming quality was the bachelor with a baby trope, which is a favorite of mine.
