herc has such an interesting premise but it falls short of all expectations. it reads like a wattpad fanfic written by a grown percy jackson fan. i feel like this story could’ve offered a really interesting perspective of hercules but it drowned itself with too many characters and poor writing. i really wanted to love this book but it just wasn’t for me at all
