I wanted to love this book. Unfortunately, I struggled to read it. There was no natural flow and reading each new poem felt like a stop and start activity. I believe this style of poetry is better read out loud and for that I can't be too upset. However, I also found a lot of the poems to be the same just written differently. It truly felt like I was reading the same poem over and over.

There were a few poems I liked, but none that really spoke to me.

I am definitely disappointed, I don't often rate books low, so this is just all around a bummer.

I would not recommend this book to my friends.
