Once again Hillary has blown me away with her phenomenal writing. Her character development just gets stronger every book. This time round we’re treated to Tiernan’s POV and the storyline and plot is greatly enhanced because of it.

I did state in my review of Throne of Dreams that I am Team Rowan, well this book has entirely changed my opinion of him!  I’ve been swept away by Tiernan’s devotion, totally swoon worthy!

Maeve’s strong personality and independence is both a fault and a benefit to her when in the Ether. She’s stubborn, which leads her to overthink and over complicate.

We are left on another cliffhanger (this is torture, Hillary, TORTURE), but I know the next book will be worth it.
