this is a great read for a west wing lover. however, even for the most die hard wingnut, over 550 pages is . . . a lot. it definitely seems to me that some sections could have been shorter. also i would've loooooooooved if there had been pictures!!!! more of a coffee table book vibe would have made it perfect. it was a good book, though, overall. the section(s) about John Spencer made me cry! and the different sections about service were interesting, although sometimes too naive and simplistic, in my opinion.
