WOW. this was incredible!

i give this book 4.5 stars. the only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because the plot was very vague to me (I hope a re-read or the sequel can fix that) but the characters were amazing! they are so well written, the flashbacks got me so emotional. I love how relatable the characters were and how diverse they are!

[EDIT: I now give this book 5 stars after the sequel! it made things more clear for me :)]
