 Holly freaking camole!!!!!

I LOVED this book! All of the hype I’ve seen about it is most definitely true! I love how it’s written mostly from the point of Evelyn talking to Monique telling her life story. I pictured Evelyn to be a fictional Marilyn Monroe in how she’s described celebrity wise, but no scandalous wise.

There’s a relationship that begins to form between Evelyn and Monique and I enjoyed watching it blossom. However, that does get short-lived after Monique finds out a particular piece of Evelyn’s history. (See chapter 65 and on for this 😉). The twist that comes after this point I was definitely not seeing and VERY surprised by it!

This book just goes to show how outrageous a celebrity’s life can be and what they’ll do to protect their loved ones.

Overall, this was a very well-written book and well worth taking the time to read it.
