This one was pretty good but nothing all that new for thriller readers. I enjoyed the split timeline/flashbacks and how it told pieces of the story as you went.
The mean girl behavior in this book was very uncomfortable to me. It was very fitting for the age of the girls in the book but I didn't love how the main character acted. I would definitely qualify this main character as unlikeable.
I just read another book about a summer camp so that plotline felt tired to me but it was more about the timing of me reading it and not the actual book.
This book is pretty short which was nice but overall was just a fine read for me.
A big thank you to BiblioLifestyle Book Tours and Harper Perennial for a copy of this one!
