This was so much fun!

The book's grumpy/sunshine in the form Casimir, a super rich and powerful vampire, and Julian, a delightful art teacher werewolf. Vampires and werewolves generally hate each other but they have to work together to solve a few mysterious murders, so Julian decides they should fake date to show everyone that the two species actually can get along, and Casimir very reluctantly agrees.

Casimir was so grumpy and fully delighted in being slightly evil. His way of dealing with humans (throwing money at them) cracked me up every time, and his devotion to his ugly little dog was so cute!
Julian, on the other hand, was a ray of sunshine who never stopped talking or being charming af. I'm so glad he wore Casimir down, the two of them were great together and had wonderful chemistry.

I can't wait to read more of this series!
