The Queen of Distraction: How Women with ADHD Can Conquer Chaos, Find Focus, and Get More Done by Terry Matlen

challenging informative reflective tense medium-paced

3.0

This book was great in terms of some relatable experiences.  I may have found it more relatable if I had children.

I wasn't clear on how/why this book was outlined in the way that it was.  There didn't seem to be a clear flow, and I felt like some of the topics presented were only briefly touched on before moving on.

I'd say this book was a good start but needed to be flushed out more before publishing and releasing.  This may still be worth reading if you are another woman with ADHD seeking some tips and tricks for managing your life with an ADHD-equipped brain.  :)
